Manufacturer graphics list ODIS 9.10 or later and ODIS Engineering 14.1 or later. Confirm your intended software version and vehicle requirements before purchase.

Compatibility does not include software licences, accounts, subscriptions or online access.

Protocol Support & Connections

Manufacturer-listed support includes DoIP, CAN FD and PDU, with USB, Wi-Fi and LAN connection modes.

Remote Mapping

Remote mapping for supported diagnostic workflows. Required accounts, authorised software access and remote technician services are not included unless expressly stated.

Vehicle Compatibility

Functions depend on the vehicle, software and required permissions. Non-standard diagnostic sockets are not supported; do not assume compatibility with every vehicle or function.

Orders fulfilled from our UK stock are dispatched within one working day, using a next-working-day delivery service, subject to destination and carrier availability.

If UK stock is unavailable, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm direct shipment from Eucleia’s factory, the estimated delivery time and any applicable import charges.

Factory shipment will proceed only with your agreement. You may cancel for a full refund if the alternative arrangements are unsuitable.
