Download and install TeamViewer free from www.teamviewer.com. Once open send us your ID and password. That is all you need to do — we handle everything else remotely.
Your laptop must be connected to its charger for the entire installation. If the battery runs out mid-installation the process will fail and may need to be restarted from the beginning.
A fast and stable internet connection is required. Installation time varies depending on your internet speed and which software package is selected.
