At Carvauk Diagnostics Ltd, we aim to ensure all products are supplied as described and in full working order. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review the returns policy below.
🧾 Change of Mind (Consumer Returns)
If you are a consumer, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- All components, accessories, and packaging must be included
- The item must not have been altered or modified
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following are non-returnable:
- Software products and services once delivered and installed
- Remote services (once completed or initiated)
- Items that have been used, activated, or modified
🔧 Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide details and, where possible, photos or videos of the issue
We will:
- Offer troubleshooting support
- Arrange repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate
🔄 Return Process
To request a return:
- Contact us with your order details
- Wait for return instructions before sending any item back
- Securely package the item to prevent damage in transit
Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.

Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Please allow a few working days for the refund to appear
